To whom it may concern,
I have known Ron Hoehn since the fall of 1968 and consider myself honored to
call him my friend. As a teen, he developed his carpentry skills helping his father and
brother repair and renovate their multiple rental properties.
His brother, Jeff, went on to become a Master Electrician and Ron began Hoehn
Carpentry. Ron soon became known not only for his workmanship but for his fairness
and decency. If Ron agreed to take on a project, you could be certain that the job
would be done right the first time in a timely manner and at a fair price.
His knowledge of construction and building materials was so good that he would often
provide invaluable advice at the design phase of a project that inevitably added value
or saved time and money. For these reasons, I subcontracted Hoehn Carpentry in the
summer of 1984 to build our single-family home on Bean St in the west end of Methuen.
Ron was responsible for the framing, roofing, siding, and installation of the exterior
doors and windows of our traditional custom Gambrel home where we still reside today.
Over the years, Ron has performed several upgrades to our home and it is always a
pleasure doing business with him.
Sincerely,
Joseph R. Andrews
